News Flash! West London Bulletin

ROUNDING UP THE WHO-WHERE-WHATABOUTS IN WEST LONDON:

Feed the world?

Whether us west-dwellers knew it or not at the time, Notting Hill took centre stage in the fight against Ebola this month, as Sir Bob, Bono and a host of other starlets, most of whom you have to have been born post-1990 to recognise (thank God, then, for One Direction, who even us most wizened of grannies could pick out of a tween line-up), converged upon one of our local recording studios to lay down the third reinvention of Do They Know It’s Christmas. One Hillbilly who was not to be found warbling for charity was Damon Albarn, who remains skeptical of the Geldof method of abating the crisis.
