Prepare to be danced to the end of love, as Derek Deane’s Romeo and Juliet comes to the Albert Hall

O Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo?


So opined Juliet, name-denyer and most famous literary heroines of all time. After all, Romeo and Juliet remains one of the most epic love stories ever penned.


And now the June Raymond Gubbay and the Royal Albert Hall present the English National Ballet with Derek Deane’s breathtaking balletic rendition of arguably Shakespeare’s most famous tale.


Tamara Rojo and Carlos Acosta are cast in the titular roles as the star-crossed lovers and will be accompanied by a full compliment of dancers, actors and sword fighters to make this a truly unforgettable rendition of a timeless story.
