Holland Park Ecology Centre is about to come to the rescue of many a befuddled west London mum.
They’re running summer holiday activities to keep the little ones busy until the end of August.
There are different sessions for five to ten year olds (10:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 16:00) and eight to twelve year olds (11:00 – 15:00), with activities ranging from searching for dragonflies and learning how woodland animals communicate, to learning about dangerous and helpful plants and how to build a shelter.
Tomorrow’s (31 July) activity is a ‘mini bioblitz’ from 11:00 to 15:00. The challenge? To uncover as many different species in the wildlife area as possible…
Spaces are limited so make sure you book in advance!
Until 29 August
