As the end of summer and its attendant haze sets in, two orphans cling to one another. The scene? An English garden as the apples start falling from the trees. The occasion? Their father’s funeral, when the reality of being all each other has in the world sets in. This Robert Holman play is directed here by Robert Hastie, an Evening Standard ‘Best Newcomer’ nominee, and designed by Ben Stones. Matthew Tennyson and Andrew Sheridan star in this haunting tale, which marks the continued revival of Holman in contemporary theatre following the acclaimed Jonah and Otto. Showing until 11th April. £25/ £17 concessions.
